Identification Numbers
This has new instructions due to SB1 requirements, make sure to include BOTH:
- Texas Driver’s License # or other TX ID AND
- The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
Provide BOTH numbers if you have them to avoid your application possibly being rejected.
